Shipping and delivery
We ship to New Zealand only!
As from 1st May 2023 our standard shipping/courier fee to North Island is $9.50 and the South Island $9.50 (unless otherwise stated on certain items)
Free delivery now on orders over $100.00
Delivery is usually between 1-3 days once the goods have been picked up by the courier (possibly longer for rural deliveries)
Once scanned by the courier you will be notified by email a tracking link.
Pick-up: Please note that 'pick-up' doesn't necessarily mean 'instant' pick-up! Depending on what is ordered it may take a little time for the team to put the order together and/or manufacture of certain products inhouse that often get made on demand and/or possibly we may need to order more of the product from our suppliers (in case we sold out of the item you ordered at that time) We will send you a pick-up message once the order is ready for pick-up :-) We do try to have them ready as soon as we possibly can and are usually complete by the next day! If any unexpected delays we will notify you.
How do I claim my 5% loyalty discount voucher
To our 5% loyalty discount voucher holders:
If you want to use your discount then YOU will need to enter the voucher code into the Coupon box at the time of check-out in our shopping cart otherwise you won't receive your discount*
*This 5% discount excludes Kontikis and Kontiki Winches and Outboard Motors and Kayaks.
If you have lost your 5% discount voucher/coupon please email us and we will issue you a new one after checking our database.
What's the best way to take care of my rigs?
Each of our rigs are packaged in reusable, resealable bags.
After fishing for the day, rinse with fresh water and wipe your rigs with a cloth and let them dry, then wrap the rigs loosely around your hand and then place back into it's plastic bag.
